At present , most of concrete pole prestressing tensioning machine is to control tensioning machine by reading hydraulic pressure gauge, control the start and stop of hydraulic pump which exist much error and easy to result to repeated tensioning which is not good to quality control of concrete spun poles and the steel wire maybe easy to break and tensioning force is not enough and tensioning force is too more . Effects of Improved Tensioning Machine

From the Fig 2, the defect probability by changing prestressed concrete pole tensioning process decrease to 0.1‰, the productivity is improved .
