FT2000-2 Concrete Culvert Pipe Forming Machine
FT1200-2 concrete culvert pipe machine produce concrete culvert drainage pipes with dry and hard concrete with features of dense pipe wall and concrete pipe cylinder can bear high loading capacity; concrete feeding time is less and forming process time is also less but productivity is higher. Concrete is more effectively used when concrete pipe production and no wast cement slurry discharge which will cause no environment pollution; high frequency noise strength produced from production of concrete pipes is also less.
Roller Suspension Concrete Pipe Forming technology means concrete pipe mold and shaft roller is driven each other with friction and by the centrifuge force generated when concrete culvert pipe mold rotates, concrete will be adhering to inner wall of concrete pipe mold and with volume of concrete increasing, concrete pipe wall thickness is increasing .when the thickness is more than level height of concrete pipe mold mouth ,they will leave roller. Meantime, concrete inside concrete pipe mold will touch roller directly, concrete culvert pipe mold will keep rotating by friction of concrete and roller and at same time, roller will keep pressing concrete inside concrete pipe wall again and again. With thickness of concrete get higher, roller for concrete pipe pressure will get higher and concrete will get dense and the concrete pipe inner surface will be smooth. During concrete pipe forming process, concrete pipe centrifugal spinning force and concrete pipe mold vibration because of concrete is not distributed evenly. This technology of whole production process include steel wire cage making, concrete pipe mold performance inspection, all kinds of raw materials choosing, concrete mixing ,roller suspension method production, steam curing and other components running etc.
Concrete Pipe Forming Process:
1.Steel Wire Cage:
Steel wire cage is welded with steel wires. According to different concrete pipe diameter, the mold of steel cage will be made first .With the steel cage mold, the steel cage can be formed once a time . According to concrete pipe diameter, enough position steel bar will be welded to ensure steel wire cage not deviation. Steel wire protection layer should have enough thickness.
2.Concrete pipe mold charging
First, concrete pipe molds assembled with steel wire cage will be put into concrete pipe machine roller. Shaft axis of concrete pipe moulds must be same level with roller shaft to prevent damaging from concrete pie mold and steel cage and roller and gate framework.When closing gate framework and locking , the concrete pipe molds will be down to main roller slightly.
3.Concrete Feeding and Roller Pressing
Concrete pipe forming with roller suspension process is main process. No matter which process it is , steel wire cage must be fixed with concrete . Generally, Socket mouth will be formed first then turns to spigot joint and charge concrete inside. When fix both ends of steel wire cage, concrete can be charged fully for small diameter thin wall concrete pipe from spigot end to socket end slowly and evenly. Roller pressing forming when charging concrete. For big diameter concrete pipe, one layer of concrete can be charged first ,when it’s same level with concrete then charge to predetermined height.After charging, paving to flat then press them solid and flat and spread some fine sand.
4.Roller Press Forming
After roller pressing , concrete pipe will be formed. Roller cleaning time can’t be long, generally 1 to 4 minutes. Concrete pipe machines will stop slowly after cleaning roller and meantime, spray dry cement to concrete pipe. Fine sand is composed of mixed aggregates with portion of 1:2 to prevent concrete sticking to roller. When concrete culvert pipe machines stops running , make sure concrete culvert pipe mold not shake on the roller.
